Summary

The purpose of this article is to introduce the degree of development of Electronic Government (e-Govenment) in the local level in the Basque Country as from a study on the presence of Basque town councils in the Internet bearing in mind various dimensions of analysis of e-Govenment: e-administration, e-democracy and e-governance.
