Summary
"Onsa Hilceco Bidia" by Jean de Tarts, was published in 1666 and it is also the first book written in Basque from Zuberoa, that it has been one of the less studied dialects. The excessive use that Jean de Tarts makes of terms of Latin origin is observed.
