Summary

The objective of the study was to discover the nutritional habits of students ; of the UPV/EHU (University of the Basque Country) and to make a comparison with ; the guidelines recommended by the Spanish Society of Community Nutrition via the ; Nutrition Pyramid for a balanced diet. The data obtained shows a high rate of excess weight and an imbalance in the food groups consumed.
