Summary

Bovines used traditionally in bullfights, feasts and other popular events in the villages researched. Cross-breeding with other more meat-producing races, both foreign and autochthonous, has provoked a situation in which the state of conservation of this race is considered critical, as the number of specimens in a pure state is quite frankly scarce.
