Summary

This paper shows the visual sources used by teh author of the Añes mannerist altarpiece to painting the Crist´s Birthood and the Epiphany (Fine Arts Museum, Vitoria-Gasteiz). They are two Jan Sadeler´s engravings based on the Martin de Vos compositions from a collection dedicated to the Crhist´s Childhood that got a large diffusion at that time
