Summary

There is currently an increasing concern among young people about their ; physical aspect. This is why we have decided to evaluate the perception of body image amongst university students. Women chose significantly slimmer figures than men, and expressed a higher dissatisfaction with their image. Such results may be influenced by social pressure on women´s image.
