The analysis will focus on the legal and administrative framework of the Basque Country within Europe, the practical links between territories and the benefits of networking, as well as the styles of governance in the Basque Country in the 21st century. In this regard, solidarity and transparency will be the core concepts, and the creation of spaces for listening and recognition will be the overarching objective.
