Summary
This work represents quite an advance in the research that is being carried out in this field. This work includes, after a short introduction, the information gathered up to now, through personal interviews, in the humid north-western Navarre: the uses attributed to the mentioned plants, with reference to their use in other areas. It also includes some recipes, commentaries on their possible pharmacological justification and a classification of the plants according to their properties
