Summary

Presented in this section are various studies which use information present in the DNA to tackle different problems of the conservation of fauna, namely: (1) the conservation of threatened species, (2) ascertaining the genetic characteristics of the populations, (3) studying evolution, (4) speciation and (5) animal displacements.
