A propósito de las Juntas Generales de Guipúzcoa

The history of the Juntas is split into three parts: during the "Fuero del Albedrío" in which all decisions were taken orally, then the Compilation of written Jurisdictions, Ordinances and Bylaws during which there was a notary and the third part which was when the minutes were formalized in Records. The author introduces the information gathered on the second period that is reduced to six Letters of Order from 1454 to 1456, and a Royal Decree in 1474
