We analyse models on ethical decision-making and variables that could be considered both in ethical decision-making and in ethical behaviour. The complexity of these processes is confirmed. This paper provides an explanatory model that includes variables classified and the direct and indirect relationships that could be established, its suitability to be applied to ethical decision-making in social intervention organizations is justified.
