El nuevo número de la RIEV está monográficamente dedicado a los grandes sistemas tecnosociales y al surgimiento de los sistemas tecnológicos de bienestar social.
Nueve artículos componen el índice del número 68, 2 de la RIEV, segundo realizado por la Academia de las Ciencias, de las Artes y de las Letras, Jakiunde. Los artículos abordan los sistemas tecnosociales desde distintas perspectivas: humanidades digitales, salud mental, computación humanizada, planificación urbana, creación de identidad, establecimiento de prioridades, formulación de políticas…
