Summary

Over the last few years we have decided to single out the medieval romance spoken in the Basque Country in its written remains. The corpus chosen was the documentary sources as defined by medievalist historians, in order to systematically study, from a linguistic point of view, the onomastics they contain and also analyse the common romance lexicon which eludes the scribes when writing.
