Summary

This work intends to explain the process of admission of Basque nationalism into the Congress of European Nationalities (CNE), an international organization which operated between 1925 and 1938. Using the documents kept in the Apraiz Archives, the steps taken in 1929 and 1930 which definitively gave legal formality to the presence of the Basque nationalists in that organization are studied
