Summary

Pasaia Bay is going through considerable environmental and urban degradation. In spite of that, the privileged geographical conditions it presents configure it as an area with a considerable potential of urban regeneration in the middle run. It is necessary to implement measures to correct this deficient global environmental situation, with the objective of improving the urban and environmental quality of the area and contribute to its economic recovery.
