Summary

This work attempts, within a practical application of historic pragmatics, to explain the relationship between certain aspects of the formalisation of discourse and imperatives of a textual nature that structure notary traditional discourse in "sales writs" (1350-1450), within a concrete territorial context -San Sebastian- and between concrete instances, taking into account the communicational conditions in which such letters are generated.
