Summary

Unemployment is one of the most important problems of current society. The article studies the relationship between training and risk of unemployment and how part of the weight that is put on the job market could be removed by means of training, in order to encourage development and job creation. The article goes on to describe how percentage of unemployed people with studies is increasing (chiefly among people with degrees and diplomas), and some orientation is given on education. The article also comments the technological change in employment and training, which also affects the education of workers, professionalization, work shifts, etc. In 1986, the Simultaneous Training Plan was approved with the intention of introducing students into companies. Comments are made by students, tutors and instructors on the content of the plan, and an evaluation of the plan by the students is also commented
