Summary

The name of "Olentzero" of the windows is derived from the fact that, when the authors were in school, five days before Christmas they were preparing a Olentzero with five windows, the idea being to open one of them each day and receive a surprise. These surprises were usually tales, comic strips, etc. With the passage of time, the pupils have grown up but they have wanted to continue participating in the celebration. When the pupils became parents, things increased in size and now the surprises are in the form of theatre plays, songs, etc (as can be seen in the program included in the article). This type of public events makes us outline certain pedagogical problems, such as the fact that the protagonist of the educational process is the pupil, that pupils between two and fourteen years of age can be integrated in the same project, etc.
