Summary
The concept of territory is important for people and communities. It is there that the basis for living is constructed (nourishment, housing, roads, relationships). In the Basque Country the territory has several variants which have brought us to the current situation. Geographical position, fractured public administration and socio-economic history have been highly influential, and we currently face both great opportunities and serious problems. By examining them (agreements and disagreements), the future specifies context and proposes several activities.
