Summary

The reasons to undertake a reform are mainly three: social and political, professional (psychopedagogical) and technological reasons, which are briefly analyzed. A comparison is made between the syllabus used in United States, in France and in Great Britain, as well as a revision of the syllabus contained in the LOGSE law. The author then proposes a reform based on five thesis
