Summary

As a consequence of the current development of large commercial surfaces and the change in habits of consumption, retailer distribution systems are suffering a transformation and often also strong imbalances in the small local trading level. The present article presents a proposal to approach the problems of the management of such economic activities within the territory that are based on the contribution of various disciplines, and tries to determine a methodology for the elaboration of local commercial plans.
