The present article centers on local journalism as a profession in which the following hypothesis is defended: more than just a crisis of the local journalistic profession, what we are now witnessing is its downswing, in the form of a precariousness of working conditions and current practice, which affects the various categories of journalists in a different manner, as this profession is very diverse.
