ABSTRACT
The magazine commences with an article describing the gardens, vegetable plots and landscape setting of seven restaurants in Guipuzcoa. It also includes a reflection on the various key factors in the economic crisis over the last few years. The historic section includes a study of the production of the ironworks in Biscay at the beginning of the 17th century and a reflection on the "night rounds" and incidents occurring in the carnival fiestas in Navarra in recent times. Finally, an analysis is published of the historic footprint left by the Basque presence in the Japanese islands.
