Towards an ethics of frashion. Challenges and advances

This article reflects on the ethics of fashion. First, the paper examines problems associated with the fashion industry historically as the context for the fashion we have today and considers the ethical considerations of both fashion production and symbolic production. Debates about ethics separates out these aspects of the industry and the paper considers how an ethics of care can address this.
