Eusko Ikaskuntza will hold the Extraordinary General Assembly on Saturday, November 30, in the Gipuzkoa Chamber of Donostia-San Sebasti n, for the election of the Presidency of Eusko Ikaskuntza and the members of the Governing Council for Alava, Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Navarre.
