Next October 2,3 and 4 in Vitoria-Gasteiz Eusko Ikaskuntza will celebrate its XIX Congress under the motto "Elkartzen gaitena/What unites us/Ce qui nous rassemble". Said Congress will prepare proposals for social and territorial cohesion.
