It is necessary to set up a Basque Academy of the Language and the basis for its establishment is provided in this article. The academy would be constituted by twelve members in such a way that all of them share the knowledge of all the dialects of the Basque language, and there should be a permanent commission. The Diputations are to contribute to its maintenance
