Summary

The present article introduces us to the judicial organisation of the USA. After succinctly analysing the main characteristics of their political system, which is quite indispensable for the comprehension of the organisation of its Courts, we will delve into the fundamental lines of the judicial system. First we will study the Federal Courts, and then we will look into other special Federal Courts. After stopping in the analysis of the various State judicial organisations, we will finish by indicating the relations that exist between Federal and State Courts.
