Summary
The aim intended in this work is to disseminate the least known aspect of Jose Manuel Etxeita, in other words, his activity as a businessman. Jose Manuel Etxeita after being mayor of Manila (up to 1898) dedicated himself to business ; through his participation in various companies, among them Compañía Marítima de ; Manila.
