Summary

Theses are the results obtained after the application of the Ethnographical inquiry made by J. Miguel de Barandiarán referring to the section "popular medicine". The inquiry has been carried out in two villages situated in Navarra: Aincioa and Olóndriz. The informants are neighbours older than fifty and they have told us old traditional recipes to sane the most ordinary illnesses. Homemade medication is almost forgotten and scarcely used nowadays.
