Summary
The first regulation of the use of the Basque language in the Public Administrations of Navarre, after the promulgation of the LFV law (1986), was not to become public until the coming into force of Statutory Decrees 70/1994 and 135/1994. The 1995 Improvement Plan decidedly increases its normative development.
