Summary
The research analyses recent art in the Basque Country through an interpretation of the generational method of Karl Mannheim. It sets out to review and pinpoint the generational frameworks that have emerged among the various individuals devoted to the plastic arts and lines of tradition on the basis of the time sequence and their positioning as carriers of the dominant culture.
