Summary

During interventions on adolescents at risk, which were carried out within the framework of a selective and specific prevention programme, certain conflicts arise which have to do with ethics and its principles. Decisions taken by the professionals related with the voluntary character of the treatment, the confidentiality of information or autonomy in decision making deserve reflection from an ethical point of view.
