Summary

At the beginning of the Middle Ages there were certain technical innovations that affected cartwheels (the use of iron tires) and causeways were damaged due to the use of such carts. The author introduces the case of a neighbor from Idiazabal that refused to let such carts cross a bridge that he considered was his property. The author then studies the existing legislation on the topic
