Summary

The fact that the Basque is a language spoken by people from villages has restrained them from using it when they go to the cities. The Basque language from villages is said to be quite bad. The author does not subscribe to these two opinions and he analyses the Biscayan Basque (the one he knows the best) so as we understand it better
