Summary

The burials in Aizarnazabal (Gipuzkoa) are of four categories: four pounds, two pounds, a pound and a half and a pound depending on the quantity of bread, in pounds or its equivalent in wheat, that was offered to the Church. Depending on the type of burial a different animal (ox or bull for the burial of four pounds) was taken and such a burial took place in different days
