Summary

In this paper, the experience of working in a Clinical Research Ethics Committee is explained. The assessment methodology of human research studies and their work in favour of the safe and free participation of people in said studies. From the abovementioned perspective, the activity of the Ethics Committee of the Basque Country has been revised.
