Summary

The civil liability is a phenomenon that comes out in all the branches of the law and although its regulation is different in each juridical field, the civil liability in itself is unique. Starting from this idea, the present work analyses the civil liability derived from the crime; we will deal with the duality of regulations (civil and penal ones) about the civil liability and the contradictory consequences that it involves, as well as the figure of the civil liability.
