Summary

Forms of fishing management are analysed incorporating such criteria as regionalization, the participation of the sector and planning from governmental levels. The theoretical reflection is offered on the irruption of co-management and a interactive governance as models of fishing resource management, under which lyrical cases related with fishing in Andalucia are introduced.
