Summary

In my first participation in a Congress of this category, I contribute certain ideas for a better cultural relationship between Euskal Herria and the Diaspora. In sections 6 to 10, I enumerate certain very significant events together with the wish that their number will increase in the immediate future. Finally, I mention my modest activity on the matter as well as the considerable acclaim received.
