Summary

Based on a series of quantitative data and carrying out a qualitative study thereof, the author offers a prospective of musical life within the indicated territory, with the objective of proposing a qualification of such activity. The analysis emphasises the discoordinated situation of its various sectors, which leads to the existence of punctual events of the highest significance together with others that are much less interesting. The analysis concludes with the need to vertebrate such activities in order to optimise human and productive structures, together with results.
