The emplacements in which school buildings are to be erected should be sunny, free, sound and dry, somewhat elevated and removed from streets or squares or such places as factories, hospitals,while being central at the same time. If possible, pavilions should be built instead of barrack-like schools and every detail should be studied: staircases, showers, classrooms, and even classroom decoration
