El problema agrario en la Ribera de Navarra
Summary
Rustic properties in the Ribera region in Navarre are split into private property and terrains which are communal properties. Those in private property are: the Corralizas, which are lands that villages were using for grass and were later sold, and the Señoríos in which the colonists normally pay a lease in kind. Communal lands are the Las Bardenas that are used by 21 villages and properties, the temporary cultivation of which is relinquished to the neighbours. Coexistence of both types of properties allows for a balance, therefore the disappearance of either should not be considered
