Special courses comprise dancing, music, drama, plastic arts, design and language teaching (Official Schools). The current situation of these courses in the Basque Country and their future is studied. In order to normalize such courses, there is to be a planning of offer and demand, a legal and normative development that guarantees further quality training and an economic planning with an endowment of resources.
