Summary

The research and praxis of the contemporary criminological sciences experience deep influences of the epistemological sciences that reinterpret and remake the historical evolution of the crime response from the animal revenge to the generous amnesty getting through the start of talion law. The radical innovations that the near future presents deserves to be studied. The international documents of United Nations, Council of Europe, etc., foresee hermeneutical demands that emphasize so much the dignity inherent to the all members of human family. Their equal and inalienable rights constitute the reasen of freedom, of justice and of the world peace.
