Summary

The paper deals with the process of training sports at school level. Apart from studying the biological and pedagogical principles, the paper also extracts some of the aspects that we should, in general, consider. In the same way, the paper incluides the different proposals for the distribution of the training contents, considering the disagreement that exists in between the age and the sport level. Above all, we would like to encourage the reader to reflect on to think about this subject, since many of the conclusions included on the paper have been drawn from the experience.
