The article explores how the development of artificial intelligence is a priority for cities, in the current context of increasing digitalisation. On the one hand, the conceptual framework for approaching artificial intelligence from an ethical  perspective is presented. On the other hand, a model of digital cosmopolitanism is proposed, to promote a fair digital transformation in the application of artificial intelligence in cities.
