Summary

The festivals are one of the most net forms of appropriation of urban public spaces. Rehearsing in them a vital project to restore the entire city full uses and values. Here are four festivals, of different types, from the city of Bilbao, for their spatial centrality and popular connotation, filled in these requirements are discussed.
