Summary

Social construction of sustainability must take into account the factors that affect the adoption of the values that characterise it. Attitudes and sustainable behaviours do not exist in an abstract way that is disconnected from the territory. Social organisation and urban platforms make social interactions easy or difficult. Such interactions reinforce or destroy identities and together with them, they destroy indispensable social cohesion.
