Summary

The objective of this work is to make a brief analysis of the Peruvian legal framework and the relationship between different levels of performance of groups of social movements, and propose mechanisms to extend the range of citizens participation with the intention of generating ideas with which to strengthen the legal framework for the management process of public space turns out to be an integral factor in the needs and desires of the inhabitants of the city. We focus on one of the case studies, the Metropolitano in Barranco.
